*All images on this site shot by Craig Schmitman are copyrighted and may not be used in anyway without license from the copyright owner. This includes personal, non-commercial downloads and "comp" use for commercial projects. There is no charge to browse our catalog, only to use the images. Our definition of "comp" is any use of a downloaded image in any layout. We are now able to issue licenses for these smaller value transactions over the web. It is on the honor system. If we determine that copyright infringement has taken place, we do enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law.*

Our fees for "comp" and non-commercial personal use are very reasonable. Per image, the "comp" fee is $5.95 (US). The per image non-commercial personal use fee is $1.75 (US). After you determine the number of images you intend to use, you are asked, and required as a condition of use, to click on the appropriate link below, enter the number of images and your credit card payment details. Thank you very much for your cooperation - this is our business - not a hobby - and our livelihood depends on you.

Please plan ahead for payment arrangements. We will only send originals or high resolution files after payment in full of all fees. We can accept checks, money orders, wire transfers and credit cards. If you plan to pay by credit card please note that we use the PayPal service. PayPal requires any customer making a purchase in excess of $250.00 to be "verified" to prevent credit card fraud. You will need to set up your "verified" status with PayPal in advance (2-3 working days) of the delivery of master images or files. It costs you nothing to set-up this status and you can close your PayPal account immediately on closure of the stock photo transaction.
