About Our Stock Footage
Payment: We accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards via PayPal. Questions are welcome: Contact Us.
For each order we e-mail you the download link or other shipment details (tracking, etc.)
Delivery: Our discs are in
stock and available for same day shipping in most cases if your order is placed before
11:00 AM Pacific (we are on the West Coast). Downloads are set-up to order (manually) during normal business hours (M-F Pacific Time) after confirmation of payment is received. If you have specific delivery needs not addressed here,
please do not hesitate to contact us. All items are
shipped via Federal Express Service (FedEx). Express shipment is available
from the drop down list above and if you have special requirements please
let us know. Please include your phone number with the order or send it to us via our contact page. FedEx needs a phone number for delivery of your stock footage. NOTE: If you order 2 to 5 discs at the same time, discs 2 through 5 are shipped
for no additional charge. Please select that option from the drop down list when
adding the additional titles to your shopping cart.

Money back guarantee: We want you to be happy with our products,
and we ensure that with a 30 day money-back guarantee for disc orders (not downloads). To help avoid returning
product, please preview the clips on this website before purchasing.
Note: We do not refund or reimburse shipping costs for returned items. No video
obtained from the disc may be used in any manner if the disc is returned and
purchase price refunded.
Defective Disc Replacement guarantee: If your disc is defective we will replace it.
Please contact us before sending the disc back, sometimes it is a small technical issue with
computer editing systems that can be resolved over the phone or via e-mail. Please note that we do not refund download purchases.
Download guarantee: You have ten (10) days from purchase to download your clips. If a download fails you may download the file until it is successful.
Royalty Free Rights and License: "Royalty Free"
means that any product you purchase may be used over and over again without incurring
additional fees or costs. "Unlimited Use" means that the footage (or images) may be
used for virtually any project including feature films; broadcast video; commercial,
industrial, or educational video; games; or the internet.
Some limitations are: The imagery may not be sold as a stock element or as part of
any other content library or collection. Footage may not be used for computer screensavers
in any way, shape or form, nor may it be used for pornographic, defamatory, or illegal material.
Additionally, if the footage is used in the creation of a product that is sold in stores (i.e.,
DVDs, home videos, music videos, training videos, etc.) the footage may not comprise more than
25% of the project.
