FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What size files do you deliver on the CD volumes? The high resolution files are approximately 28 mb in memory or uncompressed, the on disk file size is smaller. In other words, if you open a high resolution file from one of our volumes, then saved it as an uncompressed tiff file, you would create an RGB file of approximately 28 mb in size. Our large CD files are sized to provide 300 dpi at approximately 8"x12.5". There are also preview files sized for easy browsing on each CD. They are 72 dpi and approximately 5.9" in the long dimension. |
